Are you able to relax when there are things on your mind?
Today’s Meditation is about meditation. Specifically, it’s about trying to meditate when you have ADHD. This game is another that involves a real-world action that is undetectable by the computer: breathing. Breathe in time to the rise and fall of the filter that partly adjusts the colour of what’s beneath. But also try to keep the cross-legged figure on their round platform as shiny purple balls fly onto the screen with threads that tug at the meditator.
I don’t have a diagnosis of ADHD, but I’m sure many of us can relate to this illustration on some level. I’ve had a lot on my mind lately, and – as I’ve written before – I can find it difficult to put a pin in an unsolved problem. I am easily pulled from my platform.
