I couldn’t take screenshots of today’s photography Meditation.
According to Meditations curator Rami Ismail, he and neauoire created today’s Meditation because the one scheduled to go live today wasn’t submitted on time. It was made in a few hours and inspired by a thunderstorm, with procedurally generated lightning.
In the game, you take photos of a storm until you get bored and stop playing. As far as I could tell, you can’t move the camera to take a photo of a different part of the night sky above this silhouetted city. But the view does change as that procedurally generated lightning cracks down. I really like photography games, so even this simplified example is pretty cool to me, but unfortunately every screenshot I took came out blank (the above is one from Rami himself).
